Nonpartisan education. Real civic power.
AVENUE JAM is a youth-led, accredited, nonpartisan, not-for-profit organization, focused on curating and delivering educational programming to America's youth, through a proprietary chapter-based model. Our work centers on human rights education, basic legal rights literacy, and civic education and awareness, equipping young people with the knowledge and tools needed to understand their rights, responsibilities, and role in public life.
Through grassroots, on-the-ground education and in-school curriculum delivery, AVENUE JAM supports informed participation, critical thinking, and youth empowerment, from a completely non-partisan perspective.

A national network of school-based chapters
Students establish AVENUE JAM chapters school by school, operating under shared national standards, curriculum, and branding — with the flexibility to serve their own school's community.
- Curriculum
- AVENUE JAM develops a national educational framework across three units: civic education, human rights education, and legal rights literacy.
- Leadership
- A national executive structure coordinates the organization, supported by the National Executive Board, Central Operations, geographic leadership, and chapter leadership.
- Chapters
- Student chapters bring the curriculum to life primarily through peer-based discussions, occasional guest speakers, educational events, and youth-led engagement.
- Training
- Students receive leadership and organizational guidance so chapters can operate consistently while developing meaningful local youth leadership.
